SHIPPING POLICY

At UMMAT STUDIO, we believe your order should reach you safely, securely, and on time. We currently ship orders across India.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are carefully checked, packed and dispatched from our fulfillment location.
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During Ramadan, Eid, Independence Day, festive periods, sales or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details through the contact information provided at checkout.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We currently offer delivery across most serviceable locations in India.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro cities: approximately 2–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: approximately 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: approximately 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, UMMAT STUDIO may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping above a specified order value. Such offers will be clearly communicated on the website.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number wherever tracking is available.
You can use the tracking information provided to monitor your shipment.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.
Please ensure that:
- Your name and address are correct.
- Your phone number is active.
- Someone is available to receive the parcel.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
6. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
UMMAT STUDIO will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
7. DELAYED ORDERS
Although we work with our shipping partners to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur because of:
- Weather conditions
- Natural events
- Public holidays
- Courier service disruptions
- High order volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Remote delivery locations
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your parcel appears to be lost, damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
For damaged parcels, we recommend taking photographs or videos of the package and product immediately upon receipt and contacting us before using or washing the product.
We will coordinate with the relevant courier partner and assist you in resolving the issue.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present, UMMAT STUDIO primarily serves customers within India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future. Any applicable international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes or other fees will be communicated where applicable.
10. COD ORDERS
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your location, additional COD charges may apply.
COD availability is subject to serviceability and may vary by location and order value.
