RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At UMMAT STUDIO, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Return or exchange eligibility depends on the product and the reason for the request.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible apparel may be considered for return or exchange if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product received is defective or damaged.
- The product received is materially different from what was ordered.
- The size received is incorrect due to an error on our part.
Products must be returned in unused and resalable condition.
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- The product must not have been washed, altered, stained or damaged after delivery.
- Original tags, labels and packaging should be intact.
- The product should be returned within the applicable return period communicated by UMMAT STUDIO.
- Proof of purchase/order details must be provided.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
3. Size Exchanges
For size-related exchanges, customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Size exchanges are subject to:
- Product availability.
- Product condition.
- Applicable exchange period.
- Any applicable shipping/exchange charges.
We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing an order.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange for hygiene, customization or other legitimate reasons.
These may include products specifically marked as non-returnable, personalized/customized products, and certain hygiene-sensitive products.
The applicable product page will specify any special return restrictions.
5. Wrong or Defective Product
If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please contact us promptly with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs/videos of the product
- Photographs of the packaging, where relevant
After verification, UMMAT STUDIO may offer a replacement, exchange, refund or another appropriate resolution.
6. Return Shipping
Where the return is due to an error attributable to UMMAT STUDIO, we may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping, subject to verification.
For customer-requested size/style exchanges or other approved returns, shipping charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
7. Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If a refund is approved, the amount will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method available to us.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment provider.
8. Cancellation
Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If cancellation is accepted after payment, any applicable refund will be processed according to this policy.
9. Failed Delivery / Returned-to-Origin Orders
If an order is returned to UMMAT STUDIO because of customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.
COD orders returned due to refusal or repeated failed delivery may be subject to restrictions on future COD availability.
10. Refund Exclusions
Refunds may not be available where a product has been used, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery or otherwise fails to meet the applicable return conditions.

Include your order number and the reason for your return/exchange request.
