At UMMAT STUDIO, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers across India.

Eligibility

  • COD is available on orders within eligible pincodes across India.
  • COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. Orders above this amount may require prepayment.

How It Works

  1. Place your order and select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
  2. Our delivery partner will bring your order to your doorstep.
  3. Pay the exact order amount in cash at the time of delivery.

COD Charges

A nominal COD handling fee may be applicable and will be displayed at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Please keep the exact change ready at the time of delivery.
  • COD orders are subject to verification and may be cancelled if we are unable to confirm the order.
  • In case of a return, refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

UMMAT STUDIO may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and serviceable locations.


COD availability is subject to courier serviceability and our operational requirements.


1. COD Availability


COD may not be available for:


- Certain pin codes.

- Certain products.

- Certain order values.

- Locations where our courier partners do not provide COD service.

- Orders or customers that meet our internal COD eligibility criteria.


The availability of COD will be displayed at checkout where applicable.


2. Order Confirmation


For certain COD orders, UMMAT STUDIO or its delivery partner may contact the customer to confirm the order.


If the order cannot be confirmed, we may cancel or hold the order.


3. COD Charges


An additional COD/service charge may apply where communicated at checkout.


Any applicable charge will be displayed before the order is completed.


4. Delivery


Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and active phone number.


The customer should ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order when the courier arrives.


5. Refusal of COD Orders


Customers should not place a COD order if they are not willing or able to accept the shipment.


Repeated refusal, non-availability or failure to accept COD shipments may result in COD being restricted or disabled for future orders.


6. Returned COD Orders


If a COD order is returned because of refusal, incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability, UMMAT STUDIO may restrict future COD orders from the customer.


Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment.


7. Returns and Exchanges


COD orders are subject to the same applicable return and exchange conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Fraud Prevention


UMMAT STUDIO reserves the right to verify COD orders and cancel orders where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, misuse or inaccurate customer information.
